This well-maintained course has many trees lining the fairways. In addition, there is a defined cut of rough bordering the fairways, so shot accuracy is at a premium. There are plenty of sand bunkers and water hazards incorporated into the course design. The greens are basically flat, but their speed is a little on the fast side. The course was redesigned by Ron Fream, Peter Thomson and Michael Wolveridge in 1979.
